The magic Vegan cookie! 🌱
I’m so happy to tell you guys that I made this awesome #vegan cookie and it’s amazing and delicious! I got inspired by the @raquelrache, I made some adjustments by my preferences and worked pretty well! Okay, let’s get started!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of almond butter or peanut butter
2 tbsp of apple sauce
1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
1/3 of coconut sugar
3 tbsp of almond flour
1 tbsp of whole wheat flour gluten free
1 tsp of baking soda
1 pinch of sea salt
150 gr of vegan chocolate baking chips
Method:
Pre heat oven to 375 F/180 C degrees.
Mix the almond butter with apple sauce, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, almond flour, whole wheat flour, salt and baking soda, lastly you add the chocolate and mix a little bit with your hands.
Make some balls and pressed as a little small cookies on a pan with parchment paper sheets.
Tip: try to give a little space between the cookies, because it’s gonna grow a little bit.
Bake for 15-17 min
Remove from the oven and let sit in the pan for 10 minutes.
