As a certified Holistic Health Coach by IIN New York and certified 200RYT yoga teacher from two different schools, I worked in the Health Industry for over 8 years in companies like United Health and Amil Group in Brazil, before deciding that a holistic approach is the key to truly thriving in life and invest my full time on helping others discovery their path.

I dedicated exclusively to the classes and study of yoga and nutrition, I seek to offer my students the opportunity to respect and explore their limitations and emotions. For me, Yoga is a transforming universal tool that helps people interpret life from different perspectives. Yoga helped changed my life and I know how powerfully can change yours.

I've always been interested in food and what nutrition brings to our body, I believe that food is medicine and cannot only satisfy our cravings, but also bring energy, nourishment, love, and calm to our body and soul.

With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

My journey as a Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Teacher has touched the lives of many, from personal clients to groups, creating partnerships and classes in different enchanting corners of Los Angeles and worldwide.

 

As a Harvard-certified specialist in Happiness, my mission is to infuse joy and fulfillment into your well-being journey. Alongside my certifications from esteemed institutions like IIN New York and ULU yoga, my dedication to your growth knows no bounds.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients in order to help them to make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness. Each session will let you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love, relationships, career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transforms your life.
