What is yoga
for me?
Yoga, for me, was never a physical exercise. I started practicing Yoga for its philosophy, and I discovered yoga as a tool that brings me closer to myself. Today, I live yoga and learn from it every day, on the mat and outside of it.

Yoga transformed my life. It has changed the way I see life, the difficulties, and achievements. It has changed how I relate to people, faith, and spirituality.
Studying yoga made me surrender to change, and its philosophy made me see the world and myself differently.

Yoga is the process, never the end.

My personal practice started back in 2016 after reading a book about this beautiful philosophy that got my interest, and after a few classes, I understood the power of a connection with my body, mind, and soul. Between ups and downs, I never stopped. Little by little, I understood that I couldn't stop and didn't want to, so in 2020, in the middle of a pandemic, I decided that I should start my yoga RYT 200 teacher training so that I could bring this transformation to other people's lives too, because if it changed my life why wouldn't it change other people's also?
