Health Coach?

Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. Together we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and, health advice to explore what truly works for you.

I live in Los Angeles, doing one-a-one and online sessions, working worldwide. My job is to help you to find stability in your life and achieve your goals, for a better and healthy life. As a health Coach, I know that changing habits we need to change our mindset and our experiences with food. I don’t believe one diet fits everyone, and that’s why my program helps you to find what works and fits better your lifestyle without making you scared of food and suffering.

In the New York Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN), the definition of Health Coach professionals who helps people stay healthier and happier in all areas of their lives.

How? In performing all facets of health along food, relationships, physical activity, career, and spirituality.

This program is only one-on-one

Vanessa works from the inside to the outside as she changes not only your diet but your lifestyle , and that is what she did to me. She introduced me to a new concept of diet as I just not became vegetarian, but by the end of the program (3 months) I have become vegan. Meditation and frequent yoga has also been part of my new routine. 


Our program was very rich, as I would have her doing groceries with me a few times and helping me reading the labels (it seems easy , but can be tricky when you don’t know what you should be avoiding), Vanessa also wrote me meal planner from my transition from meat eater to vegetarian and later, vegan . She was very careful with the food she was cutting out of my diet and the one she was bringing into it. She always told me to respect my body and my cravings, and little by little everything worked out great!
