Low Carb, gluten free Homemade Bread!

We all love bread, but they are not always healthy, believe, this one is.

Bread is good for breakfast, snack or even lunch. We love it, but sometimes we need to choose to not eat it, because bread sometimes can be really unhealthy, with a lot of processed flour, sugars and oils.


That's why I reformulated this recipe with good fibers, healthy flour, gluten free and easy cooking.

You will need:


4 eggs

1 greek yogurt

50 gr of parmesan cheese (optional)

1 cup of almond flour

1/4 cup of flaxseed flour

3 tbsp of chia seeds

1 tbsp of baking flour

1 tsp of salt

rosemary

sesame seeds


Steps:


Preheat the oven on 370F or 180C.

In a blender, mix the ingredients except the baking flour, sesame seeds and rosemary. Add the baking flour and mix for 30 second in low speed, lastly add the sesame seeds and rosemary. Use a bread pan and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
