Last Call! 2020 Challenge!

Let's focus this year to better ourselves. Little things everyday can change our life.
We are in 2020 already, and how are your goals going?
New Year is an amazing opportunity to restart, to create and to renew our goals. But we need to put them in practice to really make it work. The universe is there to help us, and we have our part to do also.

So here are some of my goals for 2020, let's get together and make 2020 the year.
1. Daily gratitude - first thing in the morning I wake up and write down three things I am grateful for, this shifts my mindset to positivity and thankfulness.
2. Personal Development - I listen to one podcast daily that helps me learning more about who I am and how I can help others. I'm also dedicating at least 20 min of my day to read. I do it before I go to bed while drinking my tea, it has been helping me so much to fall asleep quickly.
3. Fueling my body - Eating healthier, avoiding overeating, introducing even more plants to my diet and moving my body daily! This releases endorphins (feel good hormones).
4. Dedicating more time to do what I love - I have been practicing yoga for a while, but this year I'll dedicated even more time to do it. It include meditation and prana exercises.
I'm sharing some of my goals, because I think we can support each other as a community and I want you to feel motivated to do it as well. Start writing down your plans, organize your ideas. Writing helps so much, you going to visualize it in a different way and feel motivated to keep going.
