Hey guys, I wanna talk about something that have been scaring too many people. Let's talk about portion control.


One of the questions that my clients most ask me is “how much should I eat?” And my answer always is: "listen your body."


I know how difficult it is, sometimes we think we need a list to follow, a diet, a restrictions to really feel that everything is gonna work better! But my answer is NO, of course that some people need it to start, but the average people forget how to eat and how to have a intuitive eating. 


My tip for you guys is: eat until you feel you’re satisfied, NOT until you’re full. 

Note how much food is in your plate, you’re not eating with your eyes. 

Portion is very important to a balanced diet.
