Chocolate Muffin - Gluten free

Hey guys I shared this recipe on my instagram and many people loved it!

I made these muffins because I was craving sugar so much and I was deserving it! #pms

So I cooked these muffins that turned out to be so good that I’m gonna share the recipe with you.

The recipe is gluten free, no white flour and no lactose.


You're gonna need:

1 cup of almond meal 1 cup of cashews (I blended it to make flour texture) 1/4 cup of coconut sugar or erythritol 1/3 cup of cocoa powder 2 eggs 1/2 cup of coconut milk or almond milk 1/3 cup of coconut oil pinch of salt 1 tsp of baking powder

Mix the almond meal, cashews, cocoa, sugar together and then add oil, eggs, milk and the last one, the baking powder. Put it in a pan for muffins and let it bake for 20 min in 370 F.


Enjoy these amazing muffins and be creative to change any of the ingredients.
