4 Steps to a healthy easy salad.

I know winter is almost here, but salad is always a good option even when it's cold. In our daily basis, isn't easy to ingest all the vitamins that we need, but if you build a healthy salad I promise you gonna get all the vitamins that you need.

Step 1 - You need to buy different kind of greens, if you want to have different vitamins you need to ingest different kind of greens, so if you go to the farmers market get different greens, vary your options.
Step 2 - Adding more veggies, broccoli, carrots, asparagus are amazing options to a salad, veggies are good kind of carbs with so much vitamins.
Step 3 - Use good fats, you need to add fat to your salad, especially if you want to feel full for longer. Use avocado, nuts or olive oil for example, do not be scare of fats, as I said before they are not your enemy.
Step 4 - Protein. All the veggies are adding fiber to the salad and helping you feel full, but adding protein to your salad, turn it to a perfect meal with all the minerals that you need. You can be creative using tuna, salmon, chicken, egg, tofu, hemp seed or even seeds. But never forget to use good source off protein.
