10 reasons why you’re not losing weight 🤯

Let's talk about this!

I know it's this can be a little overwhelmed sometimes, but I promise what I will talk about here is really simple and reachable things.


There is so much confusion and false information when it comes to losing weight. I should say this is the most common question I got: “can I loose weight fast?” Sorry, but in a healthy way, you can’t. Why? Because in the same way you don’t gain weight that fast, you don’t loose either.


Your body needs time to process a change. That’s why I don’t support dieting, I don’t believe this is the best way, I believe in a LIFESTYLE change.

But I'm here to try to help you little by little to make a change, let's go to the reasons.


❌ Counting calories - calories are full of nutrients, we can’t compare an ice cream with an apple, they’re completely different.


🍕🥞 Too many added fats and oils - I’m talking about processed fats and oils. Never about the good and natural fats.


🥑🥓Binging on healthy but high calorie foods.


🍟🍕Too much processed carbs and sugar, those foods trigger your hunger.


⏱😴 Not enough quality of sleep.


🌪 Chronic stress.


🧾📈 Following different diets and not changing a lifestyle. Perhaps the most effective way to lose weight is to *NOT* go on a diet, but to shift your lifestyle.


🏋🏼‍♀️🥊 Focusing on burning calories, not building muscles.


🥬🍳Not eating enough protein - less protein can make you hunger.


🥦🍉 Not enough dietary fiber.


Keep in mind improving your weight loss is a choice that you can do everyday, listening to your body and changing your lifestyle.
